Fantasy Dreams Studio may understand that people who like its work want to share material from its games online, including videos and screenshots, but asks you to respect a few conditions, indicated in this User Policy. materials (the “Policy“).

First of all, please know that this Policy also applies to games developed and published by the “Fantasy Dreams Entertainment” and “Dynamic Software” divisions being development branches of Fantasy Dreams Studio. Accordingly, this Policy applies to games from the following franchises: Legend of Aestryla, Numa, Decay, Nemesis Chronicles or any other franchise. With regard to these franchises, it will be up to our divisions to determine the authorized uses for each game. We ask that you respect their decisions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Policy applies to all content on and/or linked to this website.

As each situation is unique and this Policy applies to a large number of different games, Fantasy Dreams Studio reserves the right to oppose any use of its materials and may send withdrawal requests to the third parties hosting them. That being said, below are some general rules that will guide our decisions:

• No Commercial Use : Do not use the Fantasy Dreams Studio materials to make money or obtain any other financial advantage. This means that you may not sell content from our games, or use it to promote the sale of other products or services. Likewise, you are prohibited from requesting payment for viewing or accessing Fantasy Dreams Studio materials. However, we allow you to monetize content through advertisements through platform operator programs on YouTube, Twitch, Mixer and other similar services.
• Only Fantasy Dreams Studio content : Some games from Fantasy Dreams Studio contain music, 3D material or other content that does not belong to it. In general, we own the license rights but this does not authorize a third party to use them, but we understand that this is not always obvious. If you embed music or other non-Fantasy Dreams Studio content in your video (even if that content was in the Fantasy Dreams Studio game), your video may be subject to a takedown notice or screening by the copyright holder of the original work. As we cannot grant you a license to use third party content, you will need to obtain permission from the copyright holder(s) before using their content.
• Attribution : If you use materials from Fantasy Dreams Studio, you must acknowledge its ownership by including its copyright notice. Just add the mention “© Fantasy Dreams Studio”. This protects Fantasy Dreams Studio legally, not to mention that it is good to recognize the merits of the creators. If the original Fantasy Dreams Studio materials contain credits or legal notices, you are prohibited from removing them.

• No unofficial content : You are prohibited from posting any unofficial content online from our games, including content that was smuggled, content released without Fantasy Dreams Studio’s permission prior to an embargo date, or content harvested or otherwise obtained without the permission of Fantasy Dreams Studio, including being prohibited from doing so prior to a game’s official release date. Fantasy Dreams Studio takes pre-release leaks very seriously. a game. If you violate this rule, you may receive a copyright infringement (“strike”) or suffer other consequences.
• Spoilers : Spoilers can spoil a player’s gaming experience. However, we ask that you exercise caution when posting content that may contain spoilers and clearly indicate their presence. This is especially important in the first few weeks after a game launches. In any case, please use clear and appropriate spoiler warning notices. We also encourage you to include a verbal spoiler warning at the beginning of your videos.
• No Unauthorized Use or Reproduction : If you use materials from Fantasy Dreams Studio, you must acknowledge its ownership by including its copyright notice. Just add the mention “© Fantasy Dreams Studio”. This protects Fantasy Dreams Studio legally, not to mention that it is good to recognize the merits of the creators. • Unofficial Content : VYou must clearly state that your content is not sponsored or endorsed by Fantasy Dreams Studio. This is a problem if someone might think your content or channel is official.
• Prohibition of digital audio or other extraction of files : You are prohibited from dividing our videos and other content into various components (vocal, musical, visual, etc.) and from distributing each component on a stand-alone basis.
• Our Trademarks : You are prohibited from using our trademarks (e.g. game titles and corporate name) except to state that your video is about one of our games. It is strictly forbidden to use our logos.
• No Insulting : Do not use Fantasy Dreams Studio Materials in any content that is, or might appear to be, offensive, racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, defamatory, misleading , controversial or otherwise inappropriate or illegal (including any use in or related to pirate sites), or in any content that promotes the foregoing.

• Prohibition on remixing our materials with those of others : This can be confusing for your audience, who may not understand who owns what content and where each content comes from.
• Additional Rules : Each game may be governed by different or additional rules (these may be provided with the game in question, on the game’s website or in any other publicly accessible place), in which case please observe them. If Fantasy Dreams Studio sends you personalized written rules, please respect them.

Violation of the above rules is the most common reason we may object to your use of our materials, but there are others. Please use common sense and act responsibly.
